This week at The Yoga Garden we will be exploring a few of the most beneficial and exciting aspects of yoga. Learning to connect to our Bandhas opens the inner energetic support systems of the body. Working with our Ujayi Breath increases focus and intention. Using these tools we will pulse, bounce and ground our way into our laughing Warriors, balance poses and who knows, maybe even some arm balances.
Yoga works by bringing all the systems of the body into their optimal state, and not just the physical body! It opens and strengthens our mental, emotional and spiritual bodies as well BUT ONLY IF WE DO IT!

She is offering a comprehensive introduction to Anusara Yoga’s Universal Principles of Alignment. Open to all levels, it will focus on bringing your physical and energetic bodies into alignment.
