Teacher Training

Our  200 Hour Teacher Training Certification Program is an unforgettable experience.

Our mission is to provide you an expansive physical, emotional, and intensely personalized training. It will enable you to become a confident and evolved yoga guide, first and foremost for yourself.  Then, should you choose to share what you have learned, for others as well. Certification is given to students who have successfully completed the course.

We take a deep dive into the physical poses, your breath/life force, anatomy, philosophy and teaching methodology. Our dedication to you equips you with the ability to be of service to others as you learn to reconcile and harmonize yourself in the process. Authenticity in teaching comes from the wisdom we gain from our own self inquiry- mind, body and spirit. This journey is an adventure you will never forget!

Each module is based on a theme drawn from the 10 yamas and niyamas. At the end of your training you can expect to lead a well-balanced class, infused with joy and compassion, and to guide others into the life changing gifts of yoga.

Our school is accredited by the Yoga Alliance at the 200 Hour Level and exceeds the requirements with an additional 10 hours.
