Your First Visit
Questions? I offer a free 15 minute consultation either by phone or in person. Or, you are welcome to come to the studio 15 minutes prior to class with any questions or concerns-just let me know that you’d like a few minutes. Everything you need is at the studio! Including mats and props.
Begin or enhance your Breath Centered yoga practice. This class is great for those who are new to yoga and/or experienced yogis who want to become more adept at using the breath as the focus of their practice. We stick with basic poses, flow series and breath work. It’s a good place to ask questions and get familiar with yoga.
Calm & Gentle Yoga
Especially good for beginners and anyone with injuries or chronic issues. A friendly, warm atmosphere welcomes you. Breath centered movement, supported asanas (postures) and gentle flow sequences designed to benefit all the systems of your body!
Mixed Level Yoga
Experience is good (but not required) and is adaptable for most physically active people. Breath initiated movement is at the center of our practice. The focus is on a wide variety of poses, structural alignment, flow series, inversions and meditation.
Private sessions take you deep: creating true, long lasting change to your mind, your body and your spirit. These sessions challenge your habits and use unique breath awareness, movement patterns and meditation techniques, to create your personal transformation program. There is no cookie cutter approach here. My 21 years of teaching and on going studies in the latest brain and body science, informs your individualized curriculum.
